Le chanvre pour une agriculture durable
Par Désirée Ketabchi Depuis mai 2011 l’utilisation du chanvre dans l’industrie alimentaire est légale en Belgique. Beaucoup de produits peuvent être fabriqués à partir du chanvre : plastique, vêtements, matériaux de construction, thé, biscuits, huile, bière et autres. La raison de son illégalité résidait dans la confusion souvent faite entre le chanvre industriel et le chanvre indien, plus connu comme cannabis.
